REPORTING
For any introduction you use three Chemintro reports in this sequence:
- Data report
- Introduction report
- Memorandum of Understanding
- Annual summary
Displays all source information used internally to calculate the introduction category. View this report to see it all at a glance. The data report is protected from view unless you have the Author role.
For an Application for Assessment, you not only need data and numerous study reports, you also need to manage that information very well.
Chemintro displays the process in the Pentane decafluoro methoxy trifluoroethyl data report. It is an example of an Assessed category for which Chemintro has generated:
- Three checklist Notes automatically
- Assessment dossier checklist Required items
- Assessment dossier checklist If available items
- Assessment dossier checklist Additional items
- One Note for each item on the Required items checklist prefixed with the IUCLID6 item number.
Those Notes were generated for demonstration purposes and have not been edited. Their content consists only of the date they were created in response to a user selection in the Checklist creator field. More might be created for "If available" items if necessary prior to submitting an application for assessment.
Note also that each Note can be converted into a link with a URL to download whatever documentation is desired for the particular item.
Based on the Act, Rules and latest AICIS Guidelines the Chemintro introduction report reveals the correct introduction category for your chemical.
It also reveals the necessary answers to questions on the AICIS website declaration pages.
This report is available for a chemical being introduced. It sets out the realities of business life under AICIS and specifies exactly which test results AICIS might ask for if they decide to audit a particular introduction.
The AICIS Annual Declaration is a tick-box process on the AICIS website. The Chemintro Annual summary lets you tick those boxes with complete confidence.
